What is digitizing? Digitizing is the process of converting artwork into a stitch file that embroidery machines can read. Most logos require digitizing before embroidery can begin.
Can you embroider my existing logo? Yes. Most logos can be digitized and embroidered onto a variety of garments and products.
Is there a setup fee? Some designs require a one-time digitizing fee. Once digitized, the file can typically be used on future orders.
Can I bring my own items? Yes. Customer-supplied garments and items are embroidered at the customer's risk. Ozarks 313 is not responsible for damage, defects, or loss of customer-supplied items and cannot replace customer-owned merchandise if an issue occurs during production.
What file formats do you accept? AI, EPS, SVG, PDF, PNG, JPG, and most high-resolution artwork files.
